What is Promptly Pay?
Open/Close FAQ

Promptly Pay is an iOS app that takes the frustration out of paying invoices. Simply take or upload a picture of your invoice and our system will gather all the relevant information, taking the tedious work of manual data entry off your hands. Once you’ve ensured the information is correct, we will print and mail a check to your biller ASAP.* We’ll send you updates to know when the payment has been mailed and cashed by the recipient.

*Promptly Pay does not conduct any business as a payment processor, payment facilitator, or payment aggregator. Promptly Pay exclusively acts as a check printing and mailing service unaffiliated with any biller, and will never collect funds from any customer on behalf of any other party.
